We want to help you to be the healthiest you can be. Will you work with us to achieve that?

We serve about 16,500 patients from Lockleaze, Horfield and parts of Ashley Down, Henleaze, Filton and Northville.

When you call, you will speak to one of our fabulous Patient Co-ordinators. They will need to know a little about the problem you are calling us about. Please give them as much information as you can. It will remain confidential.

We have a range of different clinical staff, and the Patient Co-ordinators will try to get you to see the most appropriate. That's why they need the information about your condition. It might be a GP. But it might be a Practice Nurse, a Health Care Assistant, an Urgent Care Clinician or a Clinical Pharmacist. Help us to help you.

We know our phone lines are often very busy. When possible, why don't you book an appointment online? Just click on the white "BOOK NOW" button on the right. It might save you some waiting time.

We also have an active Patient Reference Group. They help us to offer patients the right services. If you are interested in joining, just let us know.

Most of all, we are here to help. If you think we could do something better, please let us know . And if you think we are already doing something well, please tell us . It's always nice to hear.
