  • Horfield Health Centre is a family practice and doctor's surgery serving over 15,000 patients in the Horfield, Lockleaze, Northville, Gloucester Road, Manor Farm and Ashley Down areas of Bristol.

    We welcome students (this is a popular accommodation area for UWE).

    We provide a wide range of health services and host other services too.

    CQC Inspection

    The Care Quality Commission (CQC) will be inspecting our practice on Wednesday 4th May 2016.

    They will be talking to staff and patients throughout the day to find out about the quality of care we offer to our patients.

    If you would like to give feedback to CQC on our practice then you can:

    • complete a CQC feedback card (at reception)

    • add comments via 'share you experience' on the CQC website

    • There may also be an opportunity to talk to a CQC inspector here on the 4th May.

    When we are open

    Normal opening hours

    Monday to Friday:
    8:00 am - 6:30 pm

    8:30 am -12:15pm (pre-booked appointments only)

    Sunday and Bank Holidays: CLOSED

    The on-site Well Pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
