Patient Co-ordinators

Horfield Health Centre has a dedicated and friendly team of Patient Co-ordinators who want to help you. They are ably managed by Sally Kowalski and Kulpna Mistry.

The rest of the team are: Nicola Brimble, Tanya Bullock, Chloe Heavens, Nigel Maggs, Sharon Rogers, Louise Sharpe, Paula Songu, Sharon Gale, Megan Jenkins, Emily Durnell, Marli Bebbington and Laura Unsworth

At times the surgery and telephone lines are very busy. Please bear with us as we try and deal with the variety of requests patients make.

The Patient Co-ordinators may ask you for information about your symptoms. That helps them offer you the most appropriate service. All information you give will be handled with sensitivity and confidentiality.
