Could nature be part of your wellbeing journey?
We're delighted to be launching Nature as Medicine – a free six-week health and wellbeing programme at the beautiful Golden Hill Community Garden.
- If you've been feeling:
- Stressed or overwhelmed
- Low in mood or anxious
- Lonely or isolated
- Lacking confidence
- In a period of change or waiting for talking therapies
...this supportive group could be for you.
Over six weekly sessions you'll have the chance to slow down, connect with nature, meet other local people and discover simple ways that spending time outdoors can support your health and wellbeing. No gardening experience is needed – everyone is welcome!
