About this position and the people we are seeking
As you will see these roles are initially fixed term but within the changing NHS climate we hope
that there will be an opportunity for extension and potentially a permanent position.
These roles will be new to our Practice teams and are designed to assist with the co-ordination
of Covid19 vaccination campaign as well as a range of other patient liaison and administrative
The role will help bridge communication between clinical staff and front line reception where
patients and care providers need additional contact time. This reduces the impact on clinical
staff and increases patient experience.
We are looking for individuals that are bright, willing to learn, excellent communicators,
organised and empathetic when dealing with patients / the public.
Primary Care experience preferred but not essential, this could be an opportunity for you to join
us from a different sector.
Fixed term position for three months in the first instance – full time
