We serve about 16,500 patients from Lockleaze, Horfield and parts of Ashley Down, Henleaze, Filton and Northville.

When you call you will speak to one of our fabulous Patient Co-ordinators. They will need to know a little about the problem you are calling us about. Please give them as much information as you can. It will remain confidential.

We have a range of different clinical staff and the Patient Co-ordinators will try to get you to see the most appropriate. That's why they need the infromation about your condition. It might be a GP; but it might be a Practice Nurse, a Health Care Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist or a First Contact Physiotherapist. Help us to help you get the help you need.

We know our phone lines are often very busy. We are keen to ensure they are avilable for those who require our help urgently or have no other means to access our services. For routine queries or appointment requests, why don't you complete an e-Consult? Once completed, you will get a response from a clinician, through a telephone consultation, email or text advice; or you will be redirected tgo other associated services who will be able to advise such as local pharmacists. It might save you some waiting time and you won't wait any longer as all e-Consults are triaged in the same timescale as telephone requests for appointments (and sometimes more quickly). Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, online appointment booking is currently only available for smear tests (just use your online services App). All other problems require clinical triage by phone before the clinician arranges an appointment face to face (if needed).

We also have an active Patient Reference Group. They help us to offer patients the right services. If you are interested in joining, just let us know.

Most of all we are here to help. If you think we could do something better, please do let us know; and if you think we are already doing something well, please tell us - it's always nice to hear!

If you need some GP advice or a callback, feel free to use our new online e-Consult service guaranteeing you a response by the end of the next working day! Find out more by clicking here.
